Changelog as follows:
1. Update kill bonus
2. Update neutral creep respawn coordinates and mechanism
3. Balance movement speed of upper and lower lanes of creeps
4. Remake phantom lancer’s doppelganger
5. FIx illusion’s no mana burn bug
6. FIx storm spirit’s ball lightning got stuck and may result in errors
7. FIx axe’s various bugs
8. FIx ogre magi’s unrefined fireblast (aghanim’s skill, consume 60% remaining mana)
9. FIx phantom assassin that may cause map errors bug
10. FIx enchantress auto casting impetus fail bug
11. FIx warlock’s ability to attack while casting upheaval and residual upheaval image bug
12. Optimize doom’s damage and algorithm
13. Optimize nether strike’s algorithm
14. Repair tranquil boots bug of unaffected effects

Next version estimation: AI itemization, behaviours ( such as different decisions on retreating)

Minor issues: buyback gold cost, gold penalty in going over time limit when choosing hero and other issues will be fixed as future version are released, these issues will not have a major impact on gameplay.

 

Broodmother and Spectre
– broodmother’s pathing under web and spectre’s pathing under dagger skill have improved, but has a minor bug. Their pathings is similar to batrider’s firefly pathing, in that they seem to be flying.
– When Eul’s cyclone is used on broodmother/spectre, there is no cyclone animation, just effect of floating.
– spiderling’s pathing is not smooth, unable to travel through certain terrains.

Monkey king bar
– MKB still can’t work with medusa’s split shot

Manta Style
– heroes with transformation skill that use manta style after transforming will not display the transformation timer

EarthShaker
– if earthshaker use enchant totem skill before or after using BKB, there will be no enchant totem effect

Mirana Nightshade
– after mirana use leap skill, she will float in the air

Luna Moonfang
– luna with desolator and learned moon glaive, is unable to attack
– luna with moon glaive learned and orb of venom equipped has no poison effect on target
– after luna equips aghanim scepter, she is unable to cast eclipse on allies.

Bone Fletcher
– when bone Fletcher with desolator use manual left click searing arrows(I guess its orb walk?), there is no armour reduction (desolator) effect

Admiral Kunkka
– personally felt kunkka’s “x marks the spot return” casting is slower than torrent’s casting time.
– ghost ship target location has no visible marking ( dota 2 has a red cross mark as target for ghost ship and it is visible by allies

Omniknight
– omniknight with repel can still be marked by kunkka’s “x mark”.
– after omniknight is “x marked”, he cast repel on himself, but will still be summoned back by kunkka‘s “x mark return”

Windrunner
– Windrunner’s focus fire attack speed vs 6 moon shard’s attack speed are not the same, theoretically they should be the same

Orb of Venom
– Bone fletcher’s searing arrow and enchantress’s impetus are no longer unique attack modifiers.
– After equipped with orb of venom, orb walking (manual casting) searing arrow and impetus only has venom effect, no skill effects, but skill’s mana costs still count.
– Huskar with orb of venom equipped, will not have flaming animation if burning spear is manually casted
– Obsidian destroyer’s arcane orb is a unique attack modifier. After equip with orb of venom, manual cast arcane orb only has the venom effect, no skill effects, but skill’s mana cost still counts.
– In theory, hero ability takes precedence over item ability, so arcane orb should take precedence over orb of venom.

Stygian Desolator
– Huskar with desolator and manual casts burning spear will only have skill effect and no armour reduction (desolator) effect.

Eye of Skadi

Now, 6.87c has been released with more balance changes to address individual heroes and their spells and we take a look at each and every one of them.

Infernal Blade base damage reduced from 40 to 25/30/35/40

doomDoom has been the most contested hero in the entirety of the Manila Major Qualifiers. Rarely does he make it past the first ban or picking phase in pro games,

His pubstats overall may not be impressive with only a roughly 48% winrate, but in just the 5k+ MMR bracket he is sitting at a 54% winrate, while being the 5th most picked there.

The nerf doesn’t necessarily address his biggest appeal, the ability to farm up reliably while being able to provide a strong silence, but it nerfs his ganking power quite a bit by reducing the damage by 60 on level 1. This definitely reduces him impact as a ganker early on, something that teams have utilized him as, often running him on the 4 position. It may not be enough to edge him out of the meta though, considering all of his other advantages and strong points still being viable.

Dota 6.87b changelog:
* Fixed Hurricane Pike interaction with Gyrocopter’s Homing Missile
* Fixed only 4 broadcaster channels being visible in the lobby instead of 6
* Fixed hotkeys on Arc Warden’s Tempest Double when reconnecting

* Sacrifice Cooldown increased from 44/36/28/20 to 60/50/40/30
* Sacrifice Mana restore increased from 25/40/55/70% to 30/50/70/90%

Dota 6.86 ai update

Dota v6.85k RGC came out sooner than expected for many. It may not be here to stay for long, as we could see 6.86c before New Year’s still, but it’s still surprising to see so many adjustments after a short time. The individual changes and nerfs seem to make sense for the most part (Pudge being the bigger exception here), but implementing these heroes into Captain’s Mode has caught many people off guard. It feels as if more testing needs to be done to make these hero work. As mentioned above though, pros will likely be forced to figure out these heroes much quicker and we’ll likely see some changes towards them soon – if they are warranted.

Shortly after OG took their second Major victory, Valve has released the 6.88 patch, featuring limited nerfs and multiple buffs for the under utilized heroes.

Smaller in scale compared to the previous patches, the 6.88 patch has brought about some nerfs to popular heroes and multiple buffs to the lesser picked ones. Item changes in this patch center around cooldown reductions and a redistribution of stats, most notably the extra five agility points granted by a Butterfly (35 agility given, up from 30).

Unsurprisingly, popular heroes leading up to the Manila Major and at the Major itself received either nerfs or no changes. Death Prophet, with a 60% win rate at the Manila Major, has had her Spirit Siphon – a popular first skill to max – base drain damage reduced by nine points, from 25 to 16. Bounty Hunter, holding a 59% win rate and the most banned record at the Manila Major, also faced a similar fate, having the self-gold given by Track reduced from 170/260/350 to 150/250/350.

On the other end of the spectrum, under-utilized heroes such as Phantom Assassin and Outworld Devourer have received buffs. Phantom Strike is now able to target spell immune heroes and Essence Aura’s mana bonus increased from 75/150/225/300 to 125/200/275/350.

With the patch notes in mind, the current meta is not expected to shift too much, therefore, it is unlikely that the patch heavily favors any team.

Choose from any of 18 Ninjas from the original Naruto series! Fill your role and play throughout the storyline to become the most powerful ninja!

The actual game will play out as normal, only now instead of acquiring 2 scrolls it’s instead who can get the most scrolls…

It would also add a lot of strategy to the game because if you ambush the ninja carrying the most scrolls with a lot of traps, you can become the ninja holding the most scrolls yet not be the most powerful ninja. You could have a victor not based on strength but instead tactics and intellect. That would be awesome!

As for my trap ideas in general… when will you hand your game over so that I can implement the changes I want to make…

I only want to make a few changes rotating around the forest of death.

Changes:

Big head:
The player who has made the most kills becomes visible to every other player in the forest of death, this makes it easier for others to avoid them and harder for the player to keep his killing spree up.

Chakra essence:
Players do not regenerate chakra as fast as it is currently generated. Instead the only way to get more chakra is when you kill another player, stealing half their chakra at death, and when you level up(Instant full mana and life)

Learning curve:
When a player levels up, in an area around them all players friendly and foe are injured. This is like when a ninja discovers a new power/ability, they do not know how to use them yet and because of the power of the ability they become a damager to everyone around them.

Desperate but deadly:
Chakra is directly tied to how much a ninja can do, but as we have seen in the show, when a ninja has very little chakra they become desperate to survive. That is why we should tie chakra directly to damage, but reversed. The less chakra you have the more damage your physical abilities do.

With all these changes I want to encourage strategy back into the ninja world. When low on mana ninja will turn to traps. When you become the strongest your suddenly the most vulnerable because now every ninja in the forest of Death can see you, planing ahead your death. When battling for your survival, you need to come up with a plan…

  • Itachi’s [R] doesn’t change camera distance for him on hit.
  • Jellal’s [F] reworked, avoiding the use of buffs to avoid buff override effects.
  • Fixed a pause bug with Kakashi’s [R] (could move at the end even if he got paused by something else). He also can’t copy Natsu’s [R] anymore.
  • Natsu’s [R] no longer keeps him or the target paused if one dies.
  • Sasuke’s [T] fixed completely.
  • Ichigo’s [RR] now levels up accordingly to his [R] level.
  • Natsu’s [T] in dragon force camera bug fixed.
  • Hopefully fixed a lot of “stuck in the unpathable terrain” bugs.


BALANCE CHANGES:

  • Rogue shadow madness system reworked, avoiding buffs. Attacking with [E] active will remove it, if Shadow Posession is off.
  • Rogue’s [R] cast range decreased 500->400.
